Dustin formed Red Brick Entertainment in 1994 while working at CBS Sports, as a producer and director. Dustin’s current initiatives include:

2010-2013 were busy years for Dustin, including the 2014 Winter Olympics as Supervising Producer, Dustin lead a team creating original video content for NBCOLYMPICS.com .
Winter Olympics as Supervising Producer for Universal Sports, leading a team of over 150 production personal producing five hours of studio shows daily from both Los Angles and Vancouver.
2000-2010 Highlights:
- Global Host Broadcaster – World Figure Skating Championship- Los Angeles
- US Figure Skating Consultant Executive Producer (starting 2006) of Television and Digital Media. Dustin led icenetwork.com’s next generation of media by providing, a broadband digital media platform dedicated to figure skating webcasting. Dustin facilitated the USFSA, and MLB Advanced Media and NBC partnerships.
- Producer/Director – over 30 primetime figure skating specials for NBC, CBS, FOX, A&E – including: Ice Wars, Sergei Grinkov: A Celebration of a Life, Artistry on Ice, Too Hot To Skate, The Great Skate Debate, My Sergei, Winter Olympic Games, Fire on Ice, Champions of American Figure Skating, and Skating with Celebrities.
- Executive Producer – Set the standard for video gaming tournament events with his production of The Boost Mobile MLG Pro Circuit, as well as shows such as The Chase: Track Down, Monster Games, Celebrity Weddings -InStyle Gotham Awards Golden Trailer.
- Producer – Lifetime –The ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, The World Junior Figure Skating Championships, and the U.S. and World Synchronized Skating Championships.
Dustin’s early career began a CBS Sports in NYC, covering The Olympics, U.S. Open Tennis, NFL Football, NCAA Basketball, CBS Sports Spectacular, and NASCAR Auto Racing.
